McLaughlin's furniture has been serving the Detroit area with American made custom furniture for more than 60 years... That tells you something!! The store was IMMACULATELY CLEAN and completely filled with very high-end furniture and accessories for your house, as well as serta mattresses and beds. The salesperson we dealt with was very nice and not pushy at all. They spent over an hour showing my elderly parents what they had and the various options for what they were looking for! 🙌❤️
I had ordered a Bassett Power Recliner from McLaughlins. I was very pleased with the price (it was a bit lower than if I had purchased directly from Bassett!) Diane my sales rep is awesome as is Dan. We arranged delivery of the chair and all appeared to be great. Hhowever, after one time reclining, the chair would not straighten. Dan came out on the Saturday of memorial Day Weekend to troubleshoot the problem. Not being able to resolve the issue, he put in a service request with the McLaughlin service team. The service person was William who came out, once again on a saturday, checked the chair and removed the motor. William repaired the motor, came back and success! My chair is great! I love McLaughlin's for their personal care and service. There aren't many businesses left today who serve their customers so well! I would highly recommend McLaughlin's for any person looking for quality furnishings and friendly & efficient service. Thank You "Team McLaughlin"

We had a wonderful experience buying a new sofa at Bartlett Home Furnishings recently. Their selection of choices is very good. For each manufacturer family, the options were easy to understand. We went with a Stressless corner unit in blue leather, in a customized configuration. It arrived yesterday, a few weeks earlier than projected! It wasn’t cheap but we got a reasonable discount. My mom absolutely loves her chair! She said Wayne was an exceptional sales person and the delivery guys were so fabulous as well. We met them at the house and they had the chair set up within five minutes and plugged into the wall. It is the best purchase she has made maybe in her lifetime. This store has a large inventory of quality merchandise and the ability to design what you, the customer, find appealing. Doug is a very mild mannered and friendly owner. He knows his inventory and lots of information that will assist you. He was generous to let a decorator that has helped me for years come to his store and work with us.
