McLaughlin's furniture has been serving the Detroit area with American made custom furniture for more than 60 years... That tells you something!! The store was IMMACULATELY CLEAN and completely filled with very high-end furniture and accessories for your house, as well as serta mattresses and beds. The salesperson we dealt with was very nice and not pushy at all. They spent over an hour showing my elderly parents what they had and the various options for what they were looking for! 🙌❤️

I had ordered a Bassett Power Recliner from McLaughlins. I was very pleased with the price (it was a bit lower than if I had purchased directly from Bassett!) Diane my sales rep is awesome as is Dan. We arranged delivery of the chair and all appeared to be great. Hhowever, after one time reclining, the chair would not straighten. Dan came out on the Saturday of memorial Day Weekend to troubleshoot the problem. Not being able to resolve the issue, he put in a service request with the McLaughlin service team. The service person was William who came out, once again on a saturday, checked the chair and removed the motor. William repaired the motor, came back and success! My chair is great! I love McLaughlin's for their personal care and service. There aren't many businesses left today who serve their customers so well! I would highly recommend McLaughlin's for any person looking for quality furnishings and friendly & efficient service. Thank You "Team McLaughlin"

I had a wonderful experience at McLaughlins furniture store in Utica. George was my sales person and he was so patient and kind. He provided excellent customer service and was not pushy. He spent time looking at different fabrics and made suggestions. I appreciated his professionalism and highly recommend shopping at McLaughlins. Love my new furniture!

Probably the best place to buy quality furniture. Expect to pay more for it than at Art Van, but also expect that you will get a quality product. Our salesman was knowledgeable and pressure free. He allowed us to wander the extensive store unchaperoned. When we had to delay the delivery, McLaughlins kept our furniture at their wearhouse. In all, a pleasant experience.

Working with the McLaughlin's team is awesome! If you are looking for a unique piece of furniture or want to customize your own sofa (made in the USA!), you need to go into one of their 3 locations and talk to their designers (Paula in Southgate is amazing). Design services are free with your purchase--if you are anything like me and need help putting ideas together this is your place! The owners are great people too, it makes me feel good that I am supporting a family owned/operated business. Check out their Facebook, they always post special offers there, oh and they post photos of their cute dogs too!

Beautiful quality high end furniture. Very knowledgeable salesman named Dan. He gave us the space we needed to look around and was there to answer every question we had.
