What to Expect on Delivery Day:

Our professional delivery team is committed to making your experience as smooth as possible. Here's how it generally works:

• Scheduling: Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window that works for you.
• Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation call or message a day before your scheduled delivery, reminding you of the appointment.
• Arrival: Our delivery team will arrive within the specified window. Please ensure an adult is present to accept and sign for the delivery.
• Placement: For most items, our team will place your new furniture in your desired room. Please ensure the path is clear.
• Assembly (Optional/Additional Cost): Basic assembly is included for many items. More complex assembly may be an additional service. Please confirm with your sales associate.
• Inspection: We encourage you to carefully inspect your furniture upon arrival and note any concerns on the delivery receipt before our team leaves.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these tips:

• Clear the Path: Ensure there's a clear, unobstructed path from your door to the final placement area. This includes hallways, stairwells, and doorways.
• Measure Openings: Double-check that your new furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, and stairwells. Consider the dimensions of the furniture as well as any tight turns.
• Protect Your Home: Cover floors with old blankets or cardboard if you have concerns about heavy traffic, and secure any fragile items along the delivery path.
• Remove Old Furniture: Please ensure old furniture is removed from the space where your new items will be placed. Our delivery team cannot move or dispose of old furniture.
• Pet & Child Safety: For the safety of our team and your loved ones, please ensure pets and small children are kept in a separate area during delivery.

Key Information Regarding Your Delivery:

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and specific delivery service requested. Please ask your sales associate for an accurate quote.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not present during your scheduled delivery window, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Damage During Delivery: In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) to report the issue.
